We are staying in touch.
We are keeping in touch with our 50+ teammates via regular Teams and Zoom meetings and we have even organised a company-wide catch up.
We are encouraging our teammates to stay fit, healthy and active through a step competition.
The best prevention against COVID-19 and mental health
issues is staying active, eating well and having fun! Our employees are counting their daily steps in the company-wide step competition.
Our teammates are sharing photos and their progress via the Company chat room!
We conduct regular surveys.
At Total Earth Care, we are committed to creating a mentally healthy workplace. We want to ensure our workplace is a happy and friendly place to be, where everyone feels supported. A big part of creating a mentally healthy workplace is ensuring we all take care of ourselves and each other.
