Justin has been with Total Earth Care since October 2019 and until April 2023, Justin was working in the capacity of Site Supervisor of the Ecological Restoration team in the Central Coast.

Justin has 10 years of experience in roles consisting of grounds maintenance and horticulture activities including general grounds upkeep, landscape paving, plant identification, assessment of plant condition, weed removal, planting of trees and shrubs, hedge trimming, edge trimming, irrigation work, and machinery maintenance.

Justin also has experience in bush regeneration activities, natural area conservation, nursery duties, erosion control, propagation maintenance, seed collection, native plant rescue and WHS practices relevant to the industry.

Justin also performs the duties of a field officer for the Total Earth Care’s Environmental Consulting division. He is a valued member of the team bringing in a vast knowledge of on-ground works and years of experience in fauna and flora.

Justin’s passion in life is the Bush, he grew up in the Bush. He lived off the land for the first 10 years of his life in Molong on 100,000 acres of land, having come to appreciate how beneficial it is to keep it pristine. Justin developed around wildlife and he was catching and releasing snakes even before he could barely hold tools. He is an advocate for getting the new generation of young people out in the field and learning skills that seem to be diminishing, getting them away from technology and learning not to fear the Bush and its habitat but to respect it and understand what it needs to prosper.
